An outstanding new opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager within a highly successful SJP Senior Partner Practice. You will be managing the team development, and operational needs of this growing, and goal-focused practice.
The Role: Practice Manager
Reporting to the Partner, you will manage all aspects of the Practice on a daily basis. This will include:
Providing outstanding client service will be of upmost importance to you and you will inspire others to do the same
You will be responsible for managing the Partners diary, client meetings, client reviews, maintaining relationships with external support functions, and overseeing the processing of all business through the Practice
You will support the Partner with recruitment and develop/train all staff
You will support and develop Marketing ideas
A key element of the role will be a review of current processes, systems, workflows and where appropriate introducing change and new technology into the business
There is scope for this role to progress within the business, and you will have the opportunity to progress within the SJP Accreditation framework.
The Person: Practice Manager
You will have a track record in an operational office-based environment. This is likely to be in a Financial Services related business
You will have experience of managing tasks, and processes, team leadership and developing others. You will be able to demonstrate this at interview
You will have a good understanding of how you can add value to this business, and you enjoy working as part of a team
You will have excellent IT skills and some HR experience
Ideally you will have used the Salesforce CRM
You will be a confident professional with excellent communication skills, and interpersonal abilities
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Ability to motivate others, and an innovative approach to increasing & maintaining teamproductivity targets
You have proactive approach, ability to influence and strong problem solving skills
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and client-centricservice
Honest, transparent, and adherence to integrity.
