Are you a proactive and self-motivated individual with a knack for sales? We're seeking a talented Customer Service (Sales) Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for contacting existing customers, identifying potential leads, and introducing our products and services. You'll play a crucial part in driving sales growth while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Contact existing customers via calls and emails to understand their needs and requirements.
2. Analyze existing contracts to understand profitability and costs.
3. Prepare quotes for products and services using SAP, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up through Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
4. Work with the service team and wider organization to identify sales potentials in the market.
5. Identify potential leads and prospects through SAP and scheduling tools to increase sales growth.
6. Present solutions tailored to customer needs and provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
8. Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and trends.
Required Skills:
9. Previous sales experience is required.
10. Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Power Apps training can be provided).
11. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps for streamlined processes.
12. Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
13. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
Additional Benefits:
14. £34,000 basic salary plus commission.
