Focused on maximising turbine reliability and efficiency, ensuring compliance, minimising unplanned downtime, and extending asset lifespan through tailored maintenance strategies, expert troubleshooting, and specialised services.
Role overview
1. The Project Manager is accountable for end-to-end project execution, including financial performance and technician coordination. Responsible for managing time, cost, quality, and HSE compliance while ensuring that customer requirements are clearly defined, delivered, and verified. Maintains project schedules to support timely and successful delivery.
Principal accountabilities
Project Ownership and Execution:
1. Manage customer projects from proposal to completion.
2. Oversee engineering, procurement, HR (all parties involved in project).
3. Develop and implement project plans covering scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and contractual terms.
4. Coordinate activities between internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
5. Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
