* Responsible for overseeing the direct delivery of flat roofing works
* Material ordering via the procurement team (IE - Take of from Pricing Doc)
* Understands Flat roofing,including Felt and Liquid Systems - Must have experience with Langley, Bauder Etc
* Ideally worked for a roofing contractor or was heavily involved with Roofing at a MC. EX roofer would be ideal.
* Managing and allocating Labour resources - Must have contacts for Roofing Direct Delivery Gangs (Labour Only)
* Milestone suppliesall materials
* Working alongside the Contracting Team to deliver the roofing element of large refurbishment projects
* Individual Roofing work Values from 100K - 1M
* At least 10 Years of experience (Ideally 40 plus years old)
* Technically competent and able to liase with manufacturers
