Afternoon Shift Forklift Supervisor - Swindon
We're looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Supervisor to join a busy timber merchant in Swindon.
Role:
* Lead and motivate a small team of 4
* Oversee picking, checking orders & loading trucks
* Hands-on role, operating Counterbalance forklift
Shift:
* Monday to Friday, 10:30 - 19:30
Requirements:
* Counterbalance forklift licence & strong supervisory experience
* Knowledge of warehouse operations (ideally timber/merchant sector)
* Reliable, safety-focused and a team player
