As a result, they are now seeking skilled Injection Moulding Setters / Technicians to join their team and support their ongoing commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Based in a modern, well-equipped facility featuring the latest machinery and technology, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient production of plastic parts and components. Your focus will be on maintaining high quality standards, minimising waste, and optimising manufacturing performance. Salary - up to £38,000 for double days, up to £41,000 for nights. Shifts available on either nights (10pm-6am Monday-Friday), or double days (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm Monday - Friday) Injection Moulding Setter / Technician duties: Condition set machines and change moulding tools Troubleshoot and resolve moulding or process-related issues Carry out regular quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications Perform basic maintenance tasks to keep machinery running efficiently For the role of Injection Moulding Setter / Technician, we're looking for: Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter or Technician in a plastics manufacturing environment Skilled in machine setting and tool changes Confident in fault-finding and resolving moulding issues Able to perform basic maintenance tasks.
