Electrical Maintenance Engineer
We now have an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer. You'll be based at our Concrete Products Head Office in Hulland Ward, Derbyshire - the largest concrete products factory in the UK.
We’ll give you the chance to develop new skills in PLCs, robotics and large-scale machinery while playing a vital part in keeping our high-volume operations running smoothly by tackling a mix of reactive and planned maintenance across the varied equipment onsite.
You will be joining a collaborative large engineering team where we welcome new ideas and initiatives to make the site more efficient and safer. Real opportunities to get involved and lead projects and upgrades around the site are available.
Work Schedule
* Week 1: Monday‑Friday, 06:15‑15:00
* Week 2: Monday‑Thursday, 14:45‑00:30
Qualifications
* Experience in an industrial or engineering environment (manufacturing, maintenance, or a military background).
* Electrical certification and confidence working with electrical systems.
* Eagerness to keep learning, especially around PLCs, robotics and modern engineering practices.
* Ability to solve problems and get things back up and running.
* Safety‑conscious, detail‑focused and works as part of a supportive, hands‑on team.
