The Junior School are currently recruiting for an ePlus Receptionist to join the ePlus department on a permanent, part-time, term-time basis. The position is available immediately (subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks). Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 2pm to 6pm during term time. The ePlus Receptionist will be placed on the ESMS Support Staff Salary Scales C with a range of £10,988 to £11,313 pro-rated per annum. Remuneration is dependant on skills and experience.
The purpose of the ePlus Receptionist is to provide an efficient, friendly and welcoming service to all our families using ePlus. The ePlus Receptionist is required to ensure secure and safe collection of our youngest children in collaboration with colleagues. The ePlus Receptionist will also oversee the booking system.
The successful candidate will be a kind, enthusiastic, and responsible individual who prioritises the interests of children and works well within a team. They will have experience working with children, and demonstrate strong organisational skills.
