Role Overview: The Junior Video Editor role involves creative editing and platform management. You will convert longer-form content into engaging pieces for various platforms and oversee content placement. Staying ahead of digital trends, adapting strategies quickly, and growing our audience through data-driven decisions are key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Edit and adapt content for multiple digital platforms.
2. Manage and grow our social media presence.
3. Stay updated on social media trends and new opportunities.
4. Use insights to refine content strategies.
5. Maintain a consistent style and tone across all content.
About You:
1. Confident in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) with an eye for online engagement.
2. Experience managing social media content and growth.
3. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
4. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to improve reach and engagement.
