This Care Home has over 80 beds, offering a home from home experience for residents. This is a Residential setting only, for Elderly residents with all care offered. Position will be as followed: * Deputy Manager * NVQ 3 Minimum, NVQ 5 preferred * 40 hour contract * Salary depending on experience Your Duties within a Deputy Manager role will consist of providing leadership, maintaining top level, overall care of residents, day to day running of the home, risk assessments, medication management and much more.
