Part Time Waking Nights Support Worker
Location: Kirby Cross, Essex
Salary: £19,656.00 PA
Hours:27 hours per week over 3 nights (working weekends every other week), 9-hour shifts from 22:00 to 07:00
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team in the Kirby Cross area.
This part-time role involves providing overnight support, assisting a gentleman in his own home, ensuring the individual feels safe, respected and well-supported throughout the night.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience with trauma-informed care is essential
* Experience supporting people with autism is essential
* Calm, patient and understanding approach
* Ability to work independently during night shifts
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others
