Summary Of Duties
Filing and providing clerical support
English proficiency is a must and a high level of English fluency & comprehension
Proven experience in clerical roles within a professional environment
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting
Must know windows 11 with office 365 – word, excel, outlook and adobe
Create - Purchase order, Packing slip, Invoices and Update list
Answering incoming calls professionally and redirecting them where appropriate
Taking accurate minutes and record keeping
Monitoring and ordering stationery and other office supplies
Reviewing and coordinating office procedures to ensure that company policies are being met
Maintaining an effective filing system for letters, reports, minutes, and other documents
Ensuring accurate record-keeping in data entry systems
Qualifications
Diploma or Clericial certificates
2 years admin experience
