We're working with a well-known professional services organisation body to recruit an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to deliver high-impact HR solutions across a diverse and mission-driven organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a lead advisory role, supporting senior management and influencing business outcomes in a highly respected public sector body. Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior managers across departments to deliver proactive, solutions-focused HR advice Lead complex employee relations casework (grievance, discipline, dignity at work, attendance) Support organisational change, workforce planning, and well-being initiatives Develop and implement HR policies and contribute to HR project delivery Collaborate with Trade Unions and act as HR rep at hearings, investigations, and tribunals Produce reports, identify trends, and recommend HR interventions Support resourcing and learning activities aligned to business goals Represent the HR Manager/Senior HRBP and ensure service resilience across the team Essential Criteria: CIPD Level 7 qualification (e.g. Postgraduate Diploma in HRM) Associate CIPD membership 3 years' experience delivering HR advice on complex employee relations issues to senior management Significant expertise in at least four of the following areas: Attendance Management Grievance/Dignity at Work Disciplinary Cases HR Policy Development HR Project Delivery Strong working knowledge of employment law Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills Valid driving licence or access to suitable transport for NI-wide travel Desirable: Chartered CIPD Member (MCIPD) Experience with mediation or dispute resolution Background in local government or public sector HR Experience working with trade unions Why Join?
