Clinical Director – Small Animal Up to £80,000 DOE
Senior leadership role for an experienced Small Animal Vet looking to combine clinical work with team leadership.
The Role
Lead and develop the veterinary team Maintain high clinical standards Support practice growth and direction Mix of clinical and management duties Working Pattern
1 in 5 OOH rota Time off after on-call (weekday + long weekend after weekends) ~29 hours per week (after TOIL) 24/7 nurse support Structured diary with protected admin and emergency time Facilities
6 consult rooms, 2 theatres Imaging & dental suite (with X-ray) Endoscope & multiparameter monitoring Full in-house lab Visiting specialists Benefits
