About the Role
CRP Group are working with a fast-growing security company that are looking for a motivated and reliable CCTV Engineer to join their growing team. This is a field-based role that comes with a company van and fuel card, giving you the flexibility and support to carry out installations, maintenance, and servicing of security systems across multiple sites.
As a CCTV Engineer, you’ll be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service, diagnosing and repairing system faults, and completing installations in line with company and client expectations. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, service, and maintain a range of systems including CCTV, Access Control, Solar Towers, and Ajax systems (not limited to these).
* Carry out fault diagnosis, repairs, and preventative maintenance on security systems.
* Perform site surveys and commissioning of new systems.
* Use E-Works job system to complete digital job reports and submit required documentation promptly.
* Manage and update all relevant paperwork accurately and ensure submission to the office.
* Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a professional and customer-first approach at all times.
* Handle networking and network setup/management for CCTV and access systems.
* Manage off-site and office stock levels, ensuring adequate supplies for installations and service work.
* Oversee SIM and telecom management, providing advice and updates to management.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
