 
        
        CNC Machinist - Milling & Turning
Location: Bristol
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
TEC Partners are working with a precision engineering company in Bristol who are looking to expand their skilled machining team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing business that supplies high-quality components into the aerospace and advanced engineering sectors.
You'll be responsible for producing complex, high-precision components using state-of-the-art CNC machinery, working to tight tolerances and exacting customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls and/or 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling machines using Heidenhain controls.
Manufacture high-complexity precision components from a variety of materials.
Interpret and work accurately from engineering drawings.
Ensure all work meets stringent quality standards and specifications.
Inspect components using micrometers, verniers, plug gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. 
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience setting and operating CNC lathes and/or milling machines.
Strong understanding of machining principles and manufacturing techniques.
Confident interpreting engineering drawings and geometric tolerances.
Experience in the aerospace sector (desirable but not essential).
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit engineering team.
