Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Manager to join their team in a fast-paced hydraulics business. This role involves handling incoming sales enquiries, supporting walk-in customers, and building strong long-term relationships with clients. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing customer accounts, and helping customers identify the right hydraulic components and solutions for their needs. Role & Responsibilities: * Handle incoming sales calls, emails, and customer enquiries. * Serve and support customers visiting the shop. * Prepare and issue quotes via phone, email, and in person. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts over time. * Advise customers on suitable hydraulic components and solutions. * Identify parts and respond to technical product queries. * Liaise with suppliers to source products and obtain pricing when required. * Negotiate pricing while maintaining healthy profit margins. * Maintain accurate records on internal systems. * Work collaboratively with the team and support day-to-day operations.
