What does this role Involve
As our new Social Media Manager, you will:
* Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns and editorial content for Gamegenic's social media channels, tailored to both B2C and B2B audiences.
* Support and continuously optimise owned media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, BlueSky, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
* Collaborate with our graphics team to create engaging content.
* Identify new growth opportunities and stay on top of current trends.
* Research and build partnerships with relevant influencers.
* Manage external service providers and agencies effectively.
* Actively engage in community management across social media channels.
* Monitor social media and community trends to drive strategy.
* Prepare regular, insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
What are we looking for
We’re looking for someone with:
* A completed degree in marketing, media, or equivalent training.
* Several years of proven experience as a social media manager with a track record of success.
* Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and the skills to use them strategically.
* A high level of creativity, adaptability, and solution-oriented thinking.
* Enthusiasm for audience segmentation, contact strategies, and a talent for creating compelling, audience-appropriate messages.
* Curiosity, openness, and a quick grasp of new tools or trends, paired with a willingness to learn.
* Fluency in English is essential.
* Proficiency in Office programs, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other relevant design software.
