* ?? Coordinate Work Orders: Raise and allocate jobs from client requests, liaise with Contracts Managers and Supervisors.
* ?? Process Timesheets: Ensure accuracy and input data into spreadsheets.
* ?? Manage Job Documentation: Upload photos, paperwork, and update job statuses.
* ?? Track Progress: Create daily and weekly reports, update trackers and client portals.
* ?? Admin Support: Handle filing, archiving, and ad-hoc tasks.
* ?? Communicate Effectively: Be the link between operatives, supervisors, and clients.
* ?? Stay Sharp: Analyse job data, challenge inaccuracies, and ensure compliance.
