Join the beating heart of our finance team at SNAP! We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to support our back-office operations and help drive efficiency across a wide range of finance functions.
As a vital part of our Finance team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day financial processingfrom invoicing and self-billing to ledger management and bank payments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are solutions-driven, and have a strong understanding of end-to-end finance procedures, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Process timely and accurate supplier payments, preserving company cash flow
* Maintain accurate supplier cost codings and manage ledger controls
* Oversee stock item invoicing and cost allocation
* Handle self-billing processes and payments in line with partner agreements
* Ensure prompt customer invoicing and purchase order capture
* Manage requests for credit notes, maintaining financial control
* Build strong supplier relationships to optimize working capital
* Uphold banking controls and documentation for approvals

What We’re Looking For:
* Solid experience in ledger accounting, bank and transaction reconciliations
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (e.g., Sage or similar)
* Strong communicator with a proactive mindset
* Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
* Confident and credible when presenting information
