Maintenance Controller responsibilities
Excellent Excel ability and knowledge Service Scheduling: Create and manage service schedules and planners for compliance across diverse fleets, ensuring all vehicles meet legal and compliance standards at all times. - Work Coordination: Book, schedule, and plan work with our extensive network of suppliers, ensuring efficient operations and quality service delivery. - Job Management: Chase updates, document progress, and keep our systems updated with notes on each job to maintain clear records. - Quality Assurance: Vet inspection and service sheets, ensuring all vehicles meet compliance standards before being returned to service. - Breakdown Management: Proactively handle breakdowns and defects, managing all unplanned events from initiation to resolution while keeping customers informed throughout the process. - Workflow Management: Oversee estimate and authorisation workflows through various communication channels, including portals, emails, and phone calls Maintenance Controller requirements: What Were Looking For: - Experience: Proven experience working in a fast-paced industry related, customer-focused environment, demonstrating flexibility in addressing customer needs. - Self-Motivated: A proactive approach with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also managing tasks independently with minimal supervision. - Organised: Strong organisational skills, with a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to take ownership of tasks. - IT Proficiency: Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office,
