Location: E20 1JQ
Salary: £38,750 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, between Monday- Sunday, 7am - 3:30pm
Your key responsibilities will include:
Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
To support the head chef in running the kitchen
Oversee daily operations when head chef is absent
Supervise and train the Commis chef
Maintain food quality and standards
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
Assist in ordering, stock taking and kitchen compliance guidelines
Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
Complying with Health and Safety regulations
Our ideal Sous Chef will:
Ideally come from contract catering background
Be flexible and approachable
Possess the ability to work under pressure
Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
Passionate about great-tasting food
Attention to detail, time management
