Salary: £150 – £220 per day (dependent on experience)

A thriving SEN school in South Manchester is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and creative SEN Class Teacher to join their dedicated team for the full academic year – and beyond!
👩🏫 SEN Class Teacher – The Role:
Teach small classes of students across Key Stages 3 to 5
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the core curriculum
Act as a Personal Tutor for pupils with EHCPs, supporting their individual academic and emotional development
Work collaboratively with SEN support staff, therapists, and other teachers
Create a positive, nurturing learning environment tailored to student needs
✅ SEN Class Teacher – What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience working with SEND learners (particularly SEMH, ASD, ADHD, or MLD)
Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths or Science (preferred)
Excellent classroom management and differentiation skills
A calm, patient and empathetic approach to teaching
A fully enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
Right to work in the UK
