What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first point of contact for advisers and firms—handling calls, emails, and day‑to‑day support queries with confidence, clarity, and care. From onboarding new intermediaries to managing agency changes and commission queries, you’ll keep everything running smoothly, accurately, and compliantly.
Your role will be key to creating a best‑in‑market intermediary experience. You’ll take ownership of each query, guiding advisers through processes, resolving issues, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. You’ll also work collaboratively with teams across the business, spotting opportunities to improve how we work and enhance the experience we deliver.
