Team
Are you ready to be the driving force behind a high-performing HR team? As our HR Operations Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do — the expert who keeps our people operations running smoothly and efficiently every single day.
In this pivotal role, you’ll own the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new starters to ensuring a smooth transition when employees move on. You’ll be the trusted go-to for all things HR systems, data, and compliance, making sure every detail is right, every process runs like clockwork, and every employee feels supported. Your work will enable our HR Business Partners and senior HR leaders to focus on shaping the people strategy, knowing that our operational foundations are in safe hands. You’ll manage key areas like payroll coordination, benefits administration, and GDPR compliance, ensuring we stay accurate, compliant, and employee-focused at all times.
We’re looking for someone who’s not only detail-oriented but also passionate about continuous improvement - someone who sees opportunities to make things better and takes pride in delivering a seamless experience for every employee. If you thrive in a role where precision meets purpose and where your behind-the-scenes expertise makes a visible impact across the organisation, this is your opportunity to shine.

* Designing and delivering comprehensive employee induction programmes through multiple delivery channels, collaborating strategically with HR Operations colleagues to ensure consistent organisational messaging.
* Providing benefits programme administration, including monthly enrolment processing, invoice processing, provider relationship management, benefit tracker maintenance, and new programme implementation support.
* Partnering strategically with Comp & Ben teams to facilitate monthly payroll processing, validation procedures, and exception management.
* Functioning as designated data custodian, ensuring HRIS accuracy through regular audits, data validation, and systematic maintenance of employee information.
* Monitoring evolving employment legislation, industry best practices, and regulatory changes, providing informed recommendations for policy and procedure updates.
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency, process optimisation, and service delivery standards.
* Providing specialised operational support to HR Business Partners and line management, ensuring seamless execution of strategic HR initiatives.
