Job Title: CustomerAccount Executive – Iceland & Farmfoods, Beauty & Personal Care

JOB PURPOSE
The Customer Account Executive is responsible for the delivery of Turnover, Profitability and Business Building Terms budgets within allocated categories. The role will contain elements of portfolio management, analysis and administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Deliver Turnover, Customer Profitability and Business Building Terms budgets for the Customer within allocated categories
2. Manage promotional nomination forms and other specific customer administration
3. Create, execute and measure category specific Joint Business Plans
4. Activate Shopper Marketing activities With Customer Marketing Manager
5. Portfolio management with direct buyer management
6. Provision of clear up to date inputs to Business Processes OPSO, Customer Business Planning
7. Customer inputs into the S&OP (promotional planning) process – responsible for 6 month forecast within designated categories.
8. Own the balance sheet within designated categories (cpp calculations, accruals, price query resolution, trade term compliance)
9. Lead execution in store is in line with agreements and perfect store principles

Experience of customer management within FMCG desired but not essential

Location
In September 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London.This site will house some employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars together with colleagues who are currently located in Lever House in Kingston. Recruitment Fraud
Cyber criminals advertise fake job adverts with prestigious employers as a way of stealing information or even defrauding individuals out of money.In the most sophisticated cases, they will set up fake websites, which have a similar address to companies like Unilever. They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs. These types of attacks are becoming more common as more people are looking for employment in the economic climate.
How is Unilever tackling this?
Many of Unilever’s recruitment sites publish a warning to candidates about recruitment fraud. The Cyber Security team also proactively scan for signs of people setting up fake Unilever sites and act to close them down.
