What you will do:
1. You will develop and maintain active and influential relationships with key market professionals. Represent the Partnerships team, building our brand reputation in this key marketplace.
2. You will have the ability to generate new business, creating and maintaining a portfolio of Deposits led, Partnerships customers. You will achieve this through business development and promotion of the Metro Bank brand and products.
3. You need to be able to build key relationships with other departments such as Customer Propositions, Treasury, Financial Crime Risk & Controls and Regional Teams.
4. You will work with Financial Crime Risk & Control and Financial Crime Policy Team to ensure we identify and manage the operational risks of my customer portfolio in line with the Bank’s standards and policies.
5. You will lead by example and set the tone as an advocate of Metro Bank and everything we stand for when dealing with customers, intermediaries and colleagues
6. You will split your time between business developing and relationship managing Deposits.

17. You will have direct involvement with developing relationships both internally and externally at a range of different seniority levels

19. If you have joined from outside, you will have held a similar role in another organisation with the ability demonstrate excellent customer relation skills and business development
