Permanent Full time (37 hours per week) Come make a real difference as our new Customer Liaison Officer! Everyone should have a warm, safe, affordable home. As our Customer Liaison Officer, you’ll help make this a reality for thousands of families in our communities. You will be part of our assets team, working to improve our homes through our planned maintenance programmes. You will support energy efficiency improvement works in customers homes, helping to tackle instances of fuel poverty. As well as the energy work you will support other planned improvement works (such as kitchen/bathroom improvements) to ensure that we meet and exceed the Decent Homes Standards. As a friendly face of Two Rivers Housing, you’ll help provide a high-quality customer service to our tenants, guiding and supporting them through the process as their homes are upgraded. At each stage you’ll make sure all paperwork is completed, our systems are updated, and that satisfaction data is collected. What you’ll bring to our team Building close relationships with our customers and working together with our teams, you’ll use your knowledge and experience to answer questions about the works and find solutions to resolve any issues quickly. You’ll help ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do and support our objective of delivering a great customer experience. What we are looking for Ability to empathise with a diverse range of customers. An understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction data collection and the importance of using the data to produce reports in an appropriate format, highlight data trends and improve the future experience of other customers. A good understanding of home improvement works such as heating replacement, kitchens upgrades, bathrooms upgrades and window/door replacements. Ability to work collaboratively but also take personal ownership of the role, to support the investment delivery teams performance. A competent written and verbal communicator that can communicate effectively with all stakeholders using appropriate, relevant language and techniques. Qualifications GCSE C in English and Maths Experience in the use of Microsoft, word, excel and teams Experience in the use of the Active H (MIS), management system would be desirable Full UK driving license with access to a vehicle insured for business purposes.
