Overview
Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust is recruiting for a Domestic Assistant based at Bishops Castle Hospital. Working as a Domestic Assistant you will be maintaining the high levels of cleanliness throughout the hospital, whilst adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
* Completing cleaning schedules on a daily basis.
* Ensuring the correct use of mechanical cleaning equipment.
* Ensuring stock is maintained, and the correct use of cleaning materials.
* Early morning, afternoon and evening shifts available to assist with cleaning across services on site. Opportunity for flexibility and job sharing to be discussed at interview.
* Uniform, as provided, must be worn at all times in the hospital environment and must not be worn to and from work. A high standard of personal hygiene must be obtained.
Requirements
* We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are reliable, flexible, well organised, self-motivated, have good interpersonal communication skills and are able to work effectively alone and as part of a team.
