Quack Recruitment & Training is hiring a Contracts Manager to oversee funded training and employment projects, ensuring compliance, performance, and successful delivery.
Responsibilities for the Contracts Manager role will be:
• Oversee day-to-day management of Skills Bootcamps and other funded contracts across multiple Combined Authority regions.
• Monitor milestones (MS1–MS3), KPIs, and learner outcomes to ensure targets are achieved on time.
• Liaise with funders, employers, and delivery staff to maintain strong relationships and resolve issues quickly.
• Manage compliance processes in line with ESFA, WMCA, SYMCA, and other authority requirements.
• Lead on contract performance reporting, preparing data and evidence for audits and monthly reviews.
• Support tutors, assessors, and enrolment staff to deliver programmes in line with agreed quality standards.
• Work closely with the Operations Director to identify risks, implement improvements, and drive success.
• Handle contract variations, extensions, and negotiations with authorities and partner organisations.
Requirements for the Contracts Manager role will be:
• Previous experience managing funded contracts (training, employability, skills bootcamps, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of compliance, audit processes, and funding rules.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts at once.
• Confident communicator able to engage with funders, employers, and internal teams.
• Comfortable working with learner management systems (ILR, LMS, or similar).
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
Pay for the Contracts Manager role will be: £40,000 – £50,000 PA
