What will you be doing?
* Providing high standards of support to individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities.
* Supporting clients to discover new interests, travel, and engage with their communities and families.
* Assisting with leisure, home, or work activities based on personal preferences.
* Delivering physical and emotional support, including household tasks, personal care, and healthcare needs such as medication management.
* Enabling individuals to make choices about their lives through flexible, person-centered services.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference. A full UK driving license is desirable. Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays, is required as some support is 24/7.
