Role- CAD Technician
Salary- £30,000- £37,000 per annum plus benefits (Dependent on experience)

Location- Stafford
My client design and manufactures a range of bespoke commercial rooms for a variety of clients. They are looking to take on a CAD Technician, on a permanent basis, in Stafford.
The CAD Engineer / Mechanical Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
* Be Degree/ HND/ HNC qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a similar Engineering subject
* Graduate level will be considered as well as those with 2-5 years’ or more of industry experience working in a CAD / design role
* Good attention to detail
* Knowledge of CAD software – Inventor or Revit
* Experience with Joinery, or any form of woodwork is desirable, but not a necessity
* Proficient with using Microsoft Office programmes
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well alone as well as part of a team
* Flexibility to travel as required as a large part of the role to customer sites, both in the UK and abroad
* Someone who is keen to progress and develop with a company long term
The CAD Engineer / Mechanical Design Engineer role will involve:
* Working as part of the Drawing Office
* Supporting both the Projects and Process Engineering teams
* Working to produce drawings using Inventor CAD software
* Creating layouts and detailed drawings in line with standards
* Keeping on top of project schedules
* Checking and reviewing drawings
