(Creative, fast-paced startup | Bristol / Hybrid)
We’re looking for a Content Manager to take ownership of our storytelling across social media, web, and brand campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who loves crafting stories that capture attention, spark emotion, and build community - especially in the world of space, technology, and innovation.

You’ll lead our content strategy, working closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce engaging stories, posts, blogs, videos, and campaigns that celebrate the people driving this industry forward. You’ll also support content across our wider ecosystem brands.
What you’ll do:
 * Create, plan, and deliver compelling multi-channel content from social media posts and videos to long-form features and thought leadership pieces
 * Manage the content calendar across brands, ensuring consistency and creativity in messaging
 * Work with internal stakeholders (leaders, recruiters, marketing, design) to source stories, success moments, and news
 * Craft posts that stand out on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X turning industry topics into shareable, engaging content
 * Analyse content performance to guide future decisions and continuously evolve our approach
What we’re looking for:
 * Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with a flair for brand voice and tone
 * Experience creating content for fast-growing brands (ideally in tech, STEM, or recruitment sectors)
 * Confident managing multiple social platforms and content formats
 * Comfortable interviewing team members, writing blog posts, and scripting videos
 * Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to turn complex topics into accessible, inspiring content
 * Thrives in a collaborative, high-energy, startup-style environment
Nice to have:
 * Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video editing tools
 * Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights)
 * Understanding of B2B or employer branding content
