OFFICE BASED – Monday to Friday: 9am till 5pm
Our client is a leading packaging design and project management company based in West Yorkshire. They have a long presence within the industry, working closely with international manufacturing partners to deliver innovative packaging solutions.
They are currently looking for an Office/Customer Service Administrator to join their team. You will be responsible for the administration and execution of several million pounds worth of packaging orders. Dealing with the orders from initial artwork through to final delivery. You will play a key role in managing and improving operational workflows while working closely with both internal teams and global suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer packaging orders from start to finish
* Raise purchase orders and RFQs
* Manage delivery schedules and logistics coordination
* Review, analyse and issue artwork and technical drawings
* Support the development and implementation of internal systems and processes
* Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure project accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Experience in managing artwork and packaging projects is advantageous
* Proficiency in working with technical documents and supplier communications
* A proactive mindset and ability to contribute to process improvement
* Ability to work as part of a small, effective team
