Business Analyst - Change/Transformation
Hybrid working
2 days per week onsite
FTC - 12-18 Months
Business Analyst required for a leading client in the West Midlands area. My client is currently seeking a Business Analyst to come on board to part of a large transformation programme of work all centralised around Digital and Change programmes.
Key skills and responsibilities,
* Extensive experience as a Business Analyst
* Background in business change initiatives
* Comprehensive involvement in end-to-end transformation projects
* Proven track record working within digital environments, with hands-on implementation and adoption of apps and websites
* Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to identify, define, and support change efforts that enhance customer value and drive commercial benefits
* Skill in engaging and persuading stakeholders to ensure necessary input, xsngvjr buy-in, and support for successful project outcomes
* Proficient in eliciting, documenting, and agreeing upon comprehensive requirements for changes affecting people, processes, and technology
