Property Manager Location: HA6 Area Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per year Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm, plus every other Saturday, 9am – 3pm (day off in lieu) Our client is a growing, market-leading independent estate agency seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Manager to join the team in the HA6 area. The Role Manage lettings administration, from referencing through to move-in. Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. Keep the CRM system up to date with all tenancy and property communications. Notify utility companies and local authorities of tenancy changes, including meter readings. Schedule inspections, check-ins, and check-outs. Handle tenant maintenance queries, liaising with landlords and contractors. Raise, monitor, and approve contractor work orders and invoices. Oversee compliance tasks (Gas Safety, EPC, EICR, etc.). Monitor rent arrears and follow arrears procedures. Manage the deposit return process and liaise between landlords and tenants. Prepare documentation for potential court cases. Respond professionally to landlord and tenant complaints. Skills and Qualifications Previous property management/lettings experience preferred. Strong administrative and multitasking skills. A “can-do” attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work well under pressure.
