Start Date: January or February 2026 Rate: £85 - £110 - Depending on experience About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and high needs in a Secondary school in Watford. Working alongside the class teacher, SENCO, and wider multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in delivering personalised learning, promoting communication and social skills, and supporting emotional regulation in a low-arousal, structured environment. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with complex needs. Provide tailored 1:1 support to pupils in line with their EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) or individual support plan Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum and completing learning tasks.
