Looking for an exciting opportunity as a Machine Operator? Look no further! Our client, a renowned organisation based in Clitheroe, is seeking a diligent and skilled individual to join their dynamic team as a Machine Operator on a temporary basis.

What will you be doing? Well, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Maintaining a steady throughput on machines to meet production targets and quality standards.
2. Providing temporary cover for colleagues when they need to step away from their machines.
3. Loading strip as required, ensuring smooth operations.
4. 🛢 Presses using the correct lubricant for optimal performance.
5. Sorting, cleaning, and packing components according to production and customer specifications.
6. Preparing packing materials to safeguard product integrity.
7. Carrying out line clearance procedures to maintain a clean and organised workspace.
8. Conducting basic maintenance procedures, such as machine clean downs.
9. Collaborating with the maintenance team to troubleshoot machine problems.
10. Recording press readings on statistical process charts to assess and adjust the process if necessary.
11. Completing compliance and cGMP documentation accurately and thoroughly.
12. Supporting and mentoring trainees and colleagues in all departments. 💼
13. Rotational shift pattern 6AM to 2PM and 2PM to 10PM - Monday to Friday
To excel in this role, you will need:
14. Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role.
15. Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safe working practises.
16. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
