What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Associate Director, Head of Marketing UK&I you'll be involved in:
* Develop and execute targeted events marketing strategies, supported by smart, social-first campaigns to engage and convert high-value accounts.
* Plan, manage, and deliver bespoke events tailored to individual clients or accounts.
* Coordinate headline industry events in partnership with top-tier organisations and sponsors.
* Drive event amplification through social media to maximise visibility, engagement, and impact.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand sales and marketing collateral is delivered for each campaign or event.
* Support overall brand positioning through innovative and audience-specific events and content
Who we're looking for

* A highly organised, self-starter with a proactive, Type A personality—someone who takes ownership and gets things done.
* A natural communicator who is personable, confident, and able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* A creative thinker and problem-solver, comfortable crafting innovative event experiences from the ground up.
* Experience in events management (agency or in-house) is preferred.
* A social media and video content whizz, with a knack for producing engaging content that enhances event campaigns.
* Someone who thrives in a standalone role with plenty of autonomy, but who collaborates well when needed.
What your impact and success looks like
As an Events Marketing Coordinator we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Within 1 month:
* Coordinate the delivery planning towards two headline industry sponsorship events with campaign and creative support from wider marketing teams.
* Ensure that all events attended by stakeholders has social media coverage to ensure impact is shared and therefore maximised.
Within 3 months:
* Have the annual events marketing plan underway with delivery of own ran events, industry events, and virtual events.
Within 6 months:
* Successfully have ran and launched a series of ABM events to support sales and marketing targets.
