Senior Property Manager - Block Management
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5:30pmPortfolio Location: BerkshirePortfolio size: Around 500 unitsOffice: This is a remote role
Great opportunity for career progression within a growing company that specialises inBlock Management. Your role will be within a small team managing existing and new clients and participate in the growth of the company.
Main Duties:Property Manager - Block Management
* Being able to produce and manage budgets and overall expenditure for residentialblocks, assisting with forecasts and reports.
* Have an understand and experience with managing major works (section 20s)
* Administrating insurance claims
* Arranging risk assessments and monitoring health and safety
* Be able to manage and organise sub-contractors with works orders and servicecontracts.
* Undertaking site inspections as per client contracts.
* Keying and management of all invoices for their portfolio.
* Produce legal management packs for properties up for sale.
* Understanding of Year end accounts.
* Undertake AGMs /EGMs/ directors meetings
Experience Required:Property Manager - Block Management
* Previous experience within block management
* Full UK Driving Licence, with their own car
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to priorities workloads
* Excellent level of customer service skills
* Team player
* IRPM/TPI qualified or have a good understanding of Block legislation

SalaryProperty Manager - Block Management
£45k to £55k
