Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Senior Facilities Manager to oversee and maintain a portfolio of high-profile assets, including trophy buildings, in Preston, Lancashire. This role involves leading on-site teams, ensuring operational excellence, and managing budgets and financial performance.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting P&L responsibilities, including budgeting and forecasting
* Maintaining the visual, operational, and experiential standards of flagship buildings
* Leading and motivating on-site teams to foster a culture of ownership and accountability
* Driving service excellence, compliance, and contractor performance
* Enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery through innovation
Requirements:
* Experience managing a high-quality portfolio, preferably within commercial or trophy assets
* Exceptional leadership and people management skills
* Proactive decision-making abilities
* Experience handling budgets and contributing to P&L strategies
* Attention to detail in operational and presentation standards
