Business Support Coordinator – Milton Keynes (Hybrid)

£28,000 – £30,000
We're seeking a Business Support Coordinator to be at the heart of our office operations and employee experience. This is a varied role where you'll ensure the workplace runs efficiently, while also helping to foster a positive and engaging culture. From keeping the office welcoming and well-organised, to coordinating events and activities that bring people together, you'll play a key part in creating an environment where our team feels supported, connected, and able to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, representing the business with professionalism and warmth.
* Organise and coordinate company meetings, events, venues, catering, and accommodation.
* Manage the weekly online shop and keep refreshment areas stocked and inviting.
* Support the planning and delivery of company-wide engagement initiatives and office socials.
* Work alongside the People & Culture team to deliver a calendar of cultural activities that reflect and reinforce our values.
* Coordinate training days, recognition programmes, and award ceremonies to strengthen employee engagement.
* Create those special "office moments" that make our workplace a great place to be.
* Provide support for ad hoc requests from the Board and Senior Management Team.
* Manage and track security passes and fobs.
* Liaise with external suppliers (maintenance, shredding, recycling, catering, coffee provision, etc.).
What You'll Bring:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in office coordination or a similar role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
* A proactive, positive mindset and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
