More about the role:
1. Your main duties will include assisting the Quality Environment Health and Safety Manager with internal audits and reports related to our ISO 9001 Quality Systems.
2. Providing administrative support for our Environment Management System ISO 14001.
3. Supporting our Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001 through internal audits on and off-site.
4. Carrying out tasks independently once trained, working on your own initiative.
5. Conducting off-site audits may be required once trained.
6. Taking minutes of meetings and preparing typed documents for distribution.
7. Managing internal and external email communications.
8. Filing documents for Business Management System, Environment System, and Health and Safety System.
9. Maintaining up-to-date records.
10. Interacting across departments and assisting in the development of training materials.
About you:
* Experience in administering QMS, EMS, and H&S Management Systems would be advantageous.
* Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Publisher, and Excel.
* Highly organized with a willingness to introduce new ideas to enhance business operations.
* A clean driving license is beneficial.
* Excellent telephone manner, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
Training:
* Full training on our business background, products, management systems, and services will be provided to facilitate understanding of daily tasks.
