This role offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work on ad-hoc dates or block bookings, making it ideal for nurses seeking flexible working hours. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supporting routine clinics, and assisting with immunisations, wound care, and other primary care procedures. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic primary care setting while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe and effective patient care in line with practice protocols Conduct routine health checks, immunisations, and screenings Manage wound care, dressings, and chronic disease monitoring Support vaccination and immunisation clinics, including flu and COVID-19 Administer medications as prescribed and support medication reviews Maintain accurate patient records using EMIS Web Work collaboratively with GPs, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff Requirements Registered Nurse (NMC) with current registration Experience working in General Practice or primary care preferred Confident with EMIS Web patient record system Strong clinical and organisational skills Professional, reliable, and flexible approach Benefits Flexible working: ad-hoc dates or block bookings Competitive locum rates Gain experience across a variety of clinics and patient presentations Supportive, friendly team environment
