Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 + Bonus + 25 Days AL + BH

Compass Associates are working with an established, multi-site elderly care provider seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a mid-sized nursing, residential and dementia service in Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and operationally manage a nursing, residential and dementia care home
* Create a positive, high-quality experience for residents and families
* Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team
* Embed strong governance, compliance, and quality assurance frameworks
* Drive occupancy, reputation, and long-term sustainability
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders including families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as a Home Manager within elderly care
* Nursing background desirable, but not essential
* Experience managing services of a similar size and complexity
* Strong operational, commercial, and leadership capability
* Experience working within regulated environments and delivering against CQC standards
* A visible, confident leader with strong communication and organisational skills
