Transport Administrator – Grantham
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Transport Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced transport office based in Grantham. This is a temp to perm opportunity with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the transport and logistics team with daily administration duties
2. Processing delivery paperwork and transport documentation
3. Communicating with drivers, customers, and internal departments
4. Updating transport systems and maintaining accurate records
5. Assisting with route planning and scheduling where required
6. Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
Requirements:
7. Previous transport administration experience is essential
8. Strong organisational and communication skills
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
10. Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
11. Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
