You could have previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Retail Assistant, or in a Customer Care environment. We will provide full training and support to ensure your success, but a positive attitude and the right behaviours are essential. We have a part-time Customer Advisor position available in our Pavers store in Malvern, working 12 hours over 3 days per week.
Good availability is required as the role includes a mix of weekend and weekday shifts.
Pay, Hours & Benefits for our Customer Advisor
Effective from 1st April 2024:
£11.70 per hour for ages 21+ (ages 18-20 £9.60/hr; ages 16-17 £7.85/hr)
After completing the retail induction PaSS stages, pay increases to £12.05 per hour for ages 21+ (ages 18-20 £9.87/hr; ages 16-17 £8.07/hr)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities as our Customer Advisor
* Advise customers on shoe care and accessories to meet their needs, achieving daily KPIs

* Support store standards, product placement, and stockroom organization
