Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Account manager to join our Sales team. This role is vital in build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Resolving client issues and concerns, by collaborating with internal teams, such as product development and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
* Built and maintained strong professional relationships with clients.
* Onboarding of new merchants.
* Closely cooperation with Compliance Officer to ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations (inc. Due diligence reviews, preparing necessary reports)
* Client’s data entry and update in internal registers and databases, including internal report creation and calculators.
* Collaboration with IT and accounting departments to improve customer service.
* Manage client transactions monitoring and analysis.
* Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients
* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, or similar)
* 1 - 2 years experience in a account manager or sales role, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry;
* Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to KYB/KYC;
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Upper intermediate English proficiency;
