I am currently recruiting for a Night Manager for a stunning 140bed 5* property on the border of Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire to support the Rooms Division Manager while overseeing night operations across FO, security, F&B and HK and ensuring exceptional customer service during night hours.
The successful applicant will have experience in a 4 / 5* star hotel environment, the ability to multitask under pressure and will be responsible for maintaining strong knowledge of hotel offerings, managing guest relationships, resolving issues promptly, ensuring H&S compliance, delivering and attending training and ensuring smooth night operations.
The ideal candidate will manage and train a small team of porters, be passionate about hospitality, is comfortable with IT and administrative tasks, and ideally has experience with Opera system & duty manager functions.
