About the role
We are now looking to recruit a Revenues Officer to join the team the successful candidate will require the following skills:-
* Have a confident telephone manner coupled with good customer service skills to aid assist the team to provide an excellent service.
* Experience of working in a financial environment and knowledge of Debt Collection are desirable.
* You will report to the Credit Control Manager and be part of a team of 5.
* You will need Grade C or level 4 GCSE standard in Maths and English, or equivalent.
Candidates must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act – for the effective performance of a customer-facing role).
